2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced

1 banana, sliced

1 cup coconut water

½ cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)

1 tablespoon honey (optional, adjust sweetness to taste)

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Ice cubes (as needed for desired thickness)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Start by preparing the mangoes: peel and remove the pit, then dice them into small pieces.

    In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, sliced banana, coconut water, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.

      Add a handful of ice cubes depending on how thick you want your smoothie.

        Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If it's too thick, you can add a little more coconut water to reach your desired consistency.

          Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired. Blend again to mix.

            Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves if using.

              Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing delight!
