Ingredients

8 oz fettuccine pasta

8 oz ground beef

1 cup cooked bacon, chopped

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup onion, diced

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

Cook the Fettuccine: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Brown the Ground Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove any excess grease, then stir in the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.

Add Bacon & Seasonings: Stir in the chopped bacon, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Let it cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to blend the flavors together.

Make the Alfredo Sauce: Reduce the heat to low, then pour in the heavy cream. Gradually add in the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, stirring continuously until the cheeses are melted and the sauce is smooth. If the sauce is too thick, you can add a splash of pasta water to loosen it up.

Combine Pasta and Sauce: Add the drained fettuccine to the skillet with the Alfredo sauce. Toss gently to coat the pasta in the rich sauce, ensuring it is well combined with the beef and bacon mixture.

Serve: Divide the Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta among serving plates. Garnish with fresh parsley and crushed red pepper flakes if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy your hearty comfort dish!
