1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs

3 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

Zest of 1 lemon

3 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, oregano, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.

    Add Chicken Thighs: Place the boneless chicken thighs in the bowl with the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

      Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 5 minutes.

        Arrange Chicken Thighs: Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing any excess to drip off. Place the thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overlap them.

          Cook: Air fry the chicken thighs for 18-20 minutes, flipping them halfway through for even cooking, until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and are golden brown.

            Serve: Once done, remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve with your choice of sides, such as a fresh salad or roasted vegetables.
