1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 large egg

1 can (8 oz) King's Hawaiian Sweet Bread Rolls, thawed

1/4 cup pineapple tidbits, drained

1/4 cup shredded coconut

1 egg wash (1 egg whisked with 1 tablespoon water)

Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Prepare the Cream Cheese Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and egg. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.

      Prepare the Rolls: Open the package of King's Hawaiian Sweet Bread Rolls. Carefully pull apart each roll to create a pocket, but do not split them completely. Slightly flatten each roll with your fingers.

        Fill the Rolls: Spoon a generous tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture into each roll, then add a few pineapple tidbits and a sprinkle of shredded coconut on top.
