Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup Caesar salad dressing

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil)

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Lemon wedges for serving (optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish. Pour half of the Caesar dressing over them, ensuring they are evenly coated.

Prepare the Coating: In a mixing bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried Italian herbs, and black pepper. Mix well to combine all the dry ingredients.

Coat the Chicken: Drizzle the olive oil over the breadcrumb mixture for extra crunch and flavor. Mix again. Scoop the breadcrumb mixture on top of the chicken breasts, pressing down gently to ensure it adheres well.

Bake the Chicken: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 75°C) and the breadcrumb topping is golden brown.

Make the Parmesan Sauce: While the chicken is baking, heat the remaining Caesar dressing in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in a bit more grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy for a luxurious sauce.

Serve: Once the chicken is done, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve the chicken topped with the warm Parmesan sauce and garnish with fresh parsley. Add lemon wedges on the side for a zesty splash!
