Ingredients

16 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese

1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon

2-3 fresh jalapeños, finely diced (seeds removed for less heat)

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (for coating)

Crackers or vegetable sticks (for serving)

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and shredded pepper jack cheese. Mix until smooth and well blended.

Add the crumbled bacon, diced jalapeños, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to the cheese mixture. Stir until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Using plastic wrap, form the mixture into a ball (or any preferred shape) and tightly wrap it. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.

Once firm, unwrap the cheese ball and roll it in the chopped pecans or walnuts to coat evenly. Press lightly to ensure the nuts adhere well.

Transfer the cheese ball to a serving platter. Serve with an assortment of crackers and vegetable sticks for dipping.
