4 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on

4 tablespoons brown sugar

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon dried thyme
