Ingredients

2 cups white chocolate chips

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 ½ cups dried cherries, roughly chopped

½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

½ teaspoon sea salt

Cooking spray or parchment paper for lining the pan

Instructions

Prepare the Pan: Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper or lightly coat it with cooking spray for easy removal.

Melt the Chocolate: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth. Be careful not to overheat to avoid scorching the chocolate.

Add Flavors: Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract and sea salt. Mix well to combine.

Incorporate the Cherries and Nuts: Gently fold in the chopped dried cherries and walnuts (if using) until evenly distributed throughout the fudge mixture.

Transfer to the Pan: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish. Use a spatula to spread it out evenly and smooth the top.

Chill the Fudge: Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the fudge is firm.

Slice and Serve: Once set, remove the fudge from the dish using the edges of the parchment paper. Place it on a cutting board and slice it into squares. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
