Ingredients

12 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese

1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped

1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped (plus extra for coating)

1 tbsp fresh chives, minced

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tbsp honey (optional, for drizzling)

Crackers and fresh fruit, for serving

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded sharp cheddar cheese, and crumbled blue cheese. Mix well until all cheeses are thoroughly blended.

Add the chopped dried cranberries, chopped pecans, minced chives, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until uniformly combined.

Divide the cheese mixture into 2-4 equal portions, depending on the size of the cheese balls you want. Roll each portion into a ball shape using your hands.

Place the extra finely chopped pecans on a plate. Roll each cheese ball in the pecans, making sure to coat them evenly.

Once all cheese balls are coated, you can either serve them immediately or refrigerate them for up to 2 hours to firm up.

If desired, drizzle honey on top of the cheese balls before serving for a touch of sweetness.

Serve with an assortment of crackers and fresh fruit on a platter.
