Ingredients

1 pound ground pork sausage

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup seasoned croutons

1/2 cup chopped green onions

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, croutons, and chopped green onions. Mix until all ingredients are well-blended.

Add in the mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Combine thoroughly until the mixture is creamy and evenly seasoned.

Using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, form the mixture into small bite-sized balls and place them in the greased baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the bites are golden brown and the sausage is cooked through.

Once done, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.

Optionally, garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy warm as a delightful finger food at your next gathering!
