Ingredients

2 pounds Little Smokies sausages

1 cup barbecue sauce (your favorite brand)

1/2 cup honey

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for spice preference)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Instant Pot: Plug in your Instant Pot and set it to the sauté function. Allow it to heat up.

Mix the Glaze: In a mixing bowl, combine the barbecue sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Whisk until well combined.

Sauté the Smokies: Once the Instant Pot is heated, add the Little Smokies and sauté for about 2-3 minutes, just to warm them up and get a little color on them.

Add the Sauce: Pour the prepared glaze over the Little Smokies, gently stirring to coat them evenly.

Pressure Cook: Close the lid of the Instant Pot and set the valve to sealing. Select 'Manual' or 'Pressure Cook' and set the timer for 5 minutes.

Release Pressure: Once cooking is complete, allow for a quick release by carefully turning the valve to venting.

Serve: Once the steam has fully released, open the lid and stir the Little Smokies in the sauce. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
