2 teaspoons high-quality matcha powder

1 tablespoon hot water (around 175°F or 80°C)

1 cup milk of choice (dairy or plant-based)

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)

Ice cubes

Optional: whipped cream for topping

Optional: a sprinkle of matcha powder for garnish

Dissolve the Matcha: In a small bowl, add the matcha powder and pour the hot water over it. Using a whisk or frother, mix until the matcha is fully dissolved and has a smooth consistency. This step is crucial for avoiding clumps.

    Prepare the Milk: In a separate glass or shaker, combine your milk of choice and honey or agave syrup. Adjust the sweetness as needed. Shake or stir well to blend.

      Assemble the Drink: Fill a tall glass with ice cubes. Pour the sweetened milk over the ice, leaving some space at the top for the matcha.
