2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 small red onion, finely chopped

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

Salt and black pepper to taste

3 tablespoons hot honey (or regular honey mixed with a pinch of red pepper flakes)

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Crumbled feta cheese (for topping)

Instructions
 

In a large skillet, heat the butter and olive oil over medium heat until melted and hot.
