Ingredients

1 cup lump crab meat, drained and flaked

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 green onions, finely chopped

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)

Salt and pepper, to taste

1/2 tsp paprika, for garnish

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Tortilla chips, baguette slices, or vegetable sticks for serving

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a mixing bowl, whip the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.

Add in the sour cream and mayonnaise, mixing until combined.

Fold in the lump crab meat gently, being careful not to break it apart too much.

Stir in the shredded Monterey Jack cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, green onions, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt, and pepper until everything is well incorporated.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish (approximately 8x8 inches) and spread it out evenly.

Sprinkle a pinch of paprika over the top for added flavor and color.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is hot, bubbly, and golden brown on top.

Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before garnishing with fresh parsley.

Serve warm with tortilla chips, baguette slices, or vegetable sticks for dipping.
