Ingredients
  

2 cups fresh broccoli florets

2 Honeycrisp apples, cored and diced

1 cup shredded carrots

1/2 cup dried cranberries

1/2 cup pecans, chopped

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, diced Honeycrisp apples, shredded carrots, dried cranberries, chopped pecans, and red onion.
