Ingredients
  

4 tilapia fillets

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup Dijon mustard

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and Dijon mustard until well combined. Set aside.

      In another bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, olive oil, salt, and pepper until the breadcrumbs are evenly coated.

        Pat the tilapia fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides of each fillet with salt and pepper.

          Brush the honey mustard mixture generously over the top of each tilapia fillet.

            Sprinkle the panko breadcrumb mixture evenly over the honey mustard on each fillet, pressing gently to adhere.

              Place the fillets on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the crust is golden and crispy.

                Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
