Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 medium onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

3 medium potatoes, thinly sliced

1 can (15 oz) mixed vegetables, drained (or 2 cups fresh)

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.

Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until the onion becomes translucent, about 3–4 minutes.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef mixture with the sliced potatoes, mixed vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.

Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.

After 45 minutes, remove the foil and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top. Return to the oven and bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Once cooked, let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired before serving.
