Ingredients

12 slider rolls (Hawaiian rolls work great)

1 pound sliced deli ham

1 pound sliced Swiss cheese (or your favorite cheese)

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and poppy seeds until well combined.

Carefully slice the entire pack of slider rolls in half horizontally to create a top and bottom layer (do not separate the rolls).

Place the bottom half of the rolls in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

Layer half of the Swiss cheese over the bottom rolls, followed by a generous layer of deli ham, and then the remaining Swiss cheese.

Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese.

Brush the butter mixture evenly over the top of the slider rolls to ensure they soak in the flavor.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

Let the sliders cool for a few minutes before garnishing with fresh parsley, slicing them into individual sliders, and serving warm.
