2 fresh fish fillets (such as tilapia, snapper, or trout)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 lemon (juiced and zested)

2 cloves garlic (minced)

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large potatoes (cut into fries)

2 tablespoons cornstarch

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)

Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Marinate the Fish: In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Place the fish fillets in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

    Prepare the Fries: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Peel the potatoes (optional) and cut them into thin fry shapes. Rinse them in cold water and pat dry with a kitchen towel.

      Coat the Fries: In a large bowl, toss the cut potatoes with cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and pepper until well coated. This will help achieve that crispy texture.
