Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (preferably 80/20 for juiciness)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large tortillas (whole wheat or regular)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 medium tomato, diced

1/4 cup pickles, sliced

1/4 cup ketchup

1/4 cup mustard

Olive oil for grilling

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the spices are evenly distributed.

Preheat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Form the seasoned beef into 4 evenly sized patties.

Cook the patties in the preheated skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. In the last minute of cooking, sprinkle a generous amount of shredded cheddar cheese on top of each patty and cover to allow the cheese to melt.

While the patties are cooking, place the tortillas on a clean surface. In the center of each tortilla, layer on shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, pickles, and a dollop of ketchup and mustard.

Once the patties are cooked and the cheese has melted, carefully place each patty onto the prepared tortillas.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top, creating a wrap.

In the same skillet or grill pan, add a little olive oil and grill the wraps seam-side down for 2-3 minutes until crispy and golden brown. Flip the wraps and grill for an additional 2-3 minutes on the opposite side.

Remove the wraps from the grill and let them cool slightly before slicing them in half. Serve warm with extra ketchup and mustard on the side.
