Ingredients

1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup Italian seasoning mix

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 garlic clove, minced

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes (if using). Set aside.

Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit to create a small disk.

Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each disk, then fold the edges of the biscuit over the cheese to form a ball. Pinch the seams tightly to seal.

Roll each biscuit ball in the melted garlic butter mixture, then coat generously with the Italian seasoning and grated Parmesan cheese.

Place the coated biscuit bombs on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up.

Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
