4 lobster tails (approx. 1.5 lbs)

1/2 cup unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped

1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped

1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions
 

Prepare the Lobster: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Carefully cut the lobster tails down the center of the shell and lift the meat out, keeping it attached at the base. Place the lobster meat on top of the shell for a beautiful presentation.

    Make the Garlic-Herb Butter: In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 2 minutes until fragrant (do not let it brown). Stir in the lemon juice, parsley, chives, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another minute, then remove from heat.

      Baste the Lobster: Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Generously baste the lobster meat with the garlic-herb butter mixture, making sure to get some under the lobster meat for added flavor.

        Bake the Lobster: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, basting once halfway through. The lobster should be opaque and firm when done.

          Serve: Remove the lobster from the oven, drizzle with any remaining garlic-herb butter, and serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side. Garnish with additional herbs if desired.
