Ingredients

2 cans (16.3 oz each) refrigerated biscuit dough

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cooking spray (for greasing)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan with cooking spray and set it aside.

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Remove from heat and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and optional red pepper flakes. Mix well.

Open the cans of biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters.

Dip each piece of biscuit dough into the melted garlic butter, making sure to coat it well. Then, roll each piece in the Parmesan mixture until fully covered.

Layer the coated biscuit pieces into the prepared bundt pan, arranging them evenly, stacking them as needed.

Pour any remaining garlic butter over the top of the biscuit pieces in the bundt pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the monkey bread is golden brown and cooked through.

Once baked, let it cool for about 5-10 minutes, then invert the pan onto a serving plate to release the monkey bread.

Garnish with fresh chopped parsley for a pop of color and extra flavor. Serve warm and enjoy!
