Ingredients

1 lb chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Wooden or metal skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes)

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the minced garlic, grated Parmesan, olive oil, dried oregano, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to form a marinade.

Add the cubed chicken breasts to the marinade. Toss the chicken until evenly coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for more flavor).

Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, leaving a small space between each piece to ensure even cooking.

Place the chicken skewers on the grill. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).

Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.

Before serving, sprinkle the skewers with fresh parsley for a pop of color and added freshness.

                  - Presentation Tips: Serve the skewers on a large platter, drizzled with a bit of extra olive oil and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. Add lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the chicken for a zesty finish.
