Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tube refrigerated crescent roll dough

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat Your Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Meat Mixture: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat. Stir in minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

Mix Cheeses: In a bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese and softened cream cheese. Mix until well combined.

Assemble the Bombs: Roll out the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Take a generous spoonful of the meat mixture and place it at the wide end of each triangle. Top with a spoonful of the cheese mixture.

Wrap the Dough: Starting from the wide end, roll the dough up to enclose the filling completely, pinching the ends to seal. Place each bomb seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Add Garlic Parmesan Crust: Brush the tops of the bombs with the beaten egg. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top of each bomb.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the bombs are golden brown and puffed.

Garnish and Serve: Once out of the oven, sprinkle the garlic Parmesan bombs with fresh parsley. Serve warm with dipping sauce of your choice.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 12 bombs
