Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

1 tablespoon minced garlic (about 3 cloves)

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

1/4 cup butter, melted

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Beef Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, shredded mozzarella, shredded Parmesan, chopped parsley, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Prepare the Biscuit Dough: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a small round disc, about 3 inches in diameter.

Fill the Bombs: Place 1 to 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture into the center of each flattened biscuit. Gather the edges of the biscuit dough and pinch them together to seal the filling inside, rolling them into balls.

Coat with Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter and garlic powder. Dip each cheeseburger bomb into the garlic butter, making sure to coat it well, then place them seam-side down onto the prepared baking sheet.

Add Parmesan Topping: Sprinkle the tops of each bomb with the grated Parmesan cheese for an extra cheesy touch.

Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuit dough is golden brown and the filling is cooked through.

Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces, such as marinara or ranch.
