Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (80/20 mix)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (plus extra for garnish)

2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Marinara sauce (for dipping, optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it up as you go. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine. Once cooked, drain any excess fat and let the mixture cool for a few minutes.

Add Cheeses: Remove the skillet from the heat and mix in the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses until well incorporated. This will create a cheesy filling.

Prepare the Dough: Open the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. You should have 8 triangles to work with.

Assemble the Bombs: Take a tablespoon of the beef and cheese mixture and place it in the center of each crescent triangle. Fold the dough around the filling, pinching the seams to seal completely. Make sure there are no gaps, as this will help keep the filling inside while baking.

Combine Butter and Seasoning: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, grated parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Brush this mixture generously over each cheeseburger bomb.

Bake: Place the assembled bombs on the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let them cool for a couple of minutes. Sprinkle additional chopped parsley for garnish. Serve with marinara sauce on the side for dipping if desired.
