Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

8 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 package of refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: hot sauce for serving

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Prepare the Meat Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped bacon, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.

Prepare the Biscuit Dough: Take each individual biscuit from the package and gently flatten it with your hands or a rolling pin to form a round disc (about 4 inches in diameter).

Fill the Biscuit: Place a generous tablespoon of the meat mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit. Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling, fully enclosing it, and pinch to seal tightly.

Arrange on Baking Sheet: Place each stuffed biscuit seam side down on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring there’s space between each one.

Brush with Butter: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter with garlic powder and brush the mixture over each biscuit bomb. This will add flavor and a nice golden color during baking.

Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and the biscuits are cooked through.

Garnish and Serve: Once baked, remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley. Serve warm with hot sauce on the side, if desired.
