2 lobster tails, split in half lengthwise

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and black pepper, to taste

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prepare the Lobster Tails: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the split lobster tails on a baking sheet, flesh side up. Brush with melted butter and season with salt and pepper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.

    Make the Alfredo Sauce: While the lobster is baking, melt the remaining butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
