1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and black pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

For the Parmesan Cream Sauce:

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

Prep the Steak: Season the sirloin steak bites generously with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Set aside for about 15 minutes to let the flavors meld together.

    Cook the Steak Bites: In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Once melted and hot, add the seasoned steak bites in a single layer. Cook for 3-4 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes or until desired doneness (medium rare to medium is recommended).

      Add Garlic: Lower the heat to medium and add the minced garlic to the pan. Pour in the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Toss the steak bites in the garlic and butter mixture for an additional minute to infuse the flavors.

        Prepare the Cream Sauce: In a separate saucepan, combine the heavy cream, garlic powder, and onion powder over medium heat. Stir continuously until it gently simmers. Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

          Combine & Serve: Once the steak bites are cooked and coated in garlic butter, remove from heat. Serve the steak bites warm, drizzled with the Parmesan cream sauce, and garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
