Ingredients

1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

1 lb baby potatoes, halved

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Aluminum foil

Instructions

Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the garlic butter: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Prepare the foil packets: Cut 4 pieces of aluminum foil, each about 12x12 inches. Lay them flat on a clean surface.

Add ingredients to packets: Divide the halved baby potatoes and steak cubes evenly among the four foil sheets.

Drizzle with garlic butter: Spoon a generous amount of the garlic butter mixture over the steak and potatoes in each packet. Make sure everything is nicely coated.

Seal the packets: Bring the edges of the foil together to create a sealed packet, ensuring all contents are tightly enclosed.

Cook the packets: Place the foil packets on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork-tender and the steak is cooked to your liking.

Check doneness: Carefully open one packet to check if the potatoes are tender and the steak is cooked to your preference. If necessary, return any packets to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes.

Serve: Once cooked, remove from the oven and let the packets rest for a few minutes before carefully opening them. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot.
