For the Garlic Butter Chicken Bites:

1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

4 tbsp unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

For the Creamy Parmesan Pasta:

8 oz (225g) pasta (fettuccine or your choice)

2 tbsp olive oil

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional: crushed red pepper flakes (for a spicy kick)

Extra Parmesan cheese, for serving

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta:

    - In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving ½ cup of pasta water.

      Sauté the Chicken:

        - In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

          - Add the chicken pieces to the skillet. Season with salt, pepper, and dried Italian herbs. Cook for about 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.

            Prepare Creamy Parmesan Sauce:

              - In the same skillet, add olive oil and pour in the heavy cream. Stir well and allow it to simmer for 2-3 minutes.

                - Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Continue to stir until the cheese melts and the sauce is creamy. If the sauce is too thick, add a little reserved pasta water to reach desired consistency.

                  Combine Pasta and Sauce:

                    - Add the cooked pasta to the creamy Parmesan sauce. Toss until evenly coated.

                      - Add the sautéed garlic butter chicken bites to the pasta and gently mix to combine.

                        Serve:

                          - Divide the creamy pasta and chicken into serving bowls. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and additional Parmesan cheese. If desired, sprinkle with crushed red pepper flakes for some heat.
