1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

For the Creamy Parmesan Pasta:

8 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon black pepper

Salt to taste

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta:

    - In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add fettuccine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving 1 cup of pasta water.

      Prepare the Garlic Butter Chicken Bites:

        - In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter.

          - Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

            - Add chicken pieces to the skillet, season with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sauté until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.

              - Add the remaining butter, mixing to coat the chicken in the garlic butter. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley.

                Make the Creamy Parmesan Sauce:

                  - In the same skillet used for chicken (you want all those delicious garlic flavors), add olive oil and heat over medium-low heat.

                    - Pour in the heavy cream and garlic powder. Bring to a simmer and let cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously.

                        - Season with black pepper and salt to taste.
