1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

For the Creamy Parmesan Pasta:

8 oz fettuccine or pasta of your choice

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving about ½ cup of pasta water.

    Prepare the Chicken Bites: In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces, and season with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the chicken is browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

      Make Garlic Butter Sauce: In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add the remaining butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Return the chicken to the skillet, mix to coat in the garlic butter, and cook for an additional minute. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley.

        Prepare the Creamy Parmesan Sauce: In another pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the heavy cream, stirring until it begins to simmer. Gradually mix in the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Continue stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.

          Combine Pasta and Sauce: Toss the cooked fettuccine into the creamy Parmesan sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of the reserved pasta water until you reach the desired consistency.
