1 teaspoon lemon zest

1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare the Scallops: Arrange the cleaned scallops in a single layer in a baking dish, ensuring they are not touching.
