Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast

3/4 cup warm milk (110°F)

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 tablespoon sugar

1 teaspoon salt

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Olive oil, for brushing

Extra melted butter, for drizzling

Instructions

Activate Yeast: In a small bowl, combine the warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until frothy.

Make Dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Make a well in the center, and add the melted butter and yeast mixture. Mix until it forms a smooth dough.

Knead & Rise: Transfer the dough to a floured surface. Knead for about 5-7 minutes until elastic. Place in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Prepare Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.

Shape Rolls: Punch down the risen dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a ball. Place them in a greased baking dish, ensuring they are close but not touching.

Second Rise: Cover the dish with a cloth and let the rolls rise for another 30 minutes.

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Add Toppings: Brush the tops of the rolls with olive oil, then drizzle the garlic butter mixture evenly over each roll. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Final Touch: Remove from the oven and drizzle with extra melted butter for a rich finish.

Prep Time: 20 minutes | Total Time: 2 hours | Servings: 12 rolls
