Ingredients

1 pre-made sugar cookie dough (or homemade if preferred)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup whipped topping

1 cup strawberries, sliced

1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced

1 cup blueberries

1 cup mandarin oranges, drained

1 cup pineapple chunks, drained

1/4 cup apricot or peach preserves (for glaze)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Crust: Spread the sugar cookie dough evenly in a greased pizza pan or a large baking sheet. Press it into a round shape (about 12 inches in diameter) and bake according to the package instructions until golden brown. Let it cool completely.

Make the Cream Cheese Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in the whipped topping until well incorporated.

Assemble the Pizza: Once the cookie crust has cooled, spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the top.

Add the Fruit: Arrange the sliced fruits (strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, mandarin oranges, and pineapple) in a colorful and artistic manner over the cream cheese layer.

Glaze the Top: In a small saucepan, gently heat the apricot or peach preserves until melted. Brush the glaze over the fruit to give it a beautiful shine and to keep it fresh.

Chill and Serve: Chill the assembled fruit pizza in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Just before slicing, garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.

Enjoy: Slice into wedges and serve chilled! Delight in the refreshing flavors and vibrant colors of this fruity treat.
