Ingredients

1 cup of mini marshmallows

1 cup of milk chocolate chips

1 cup of crushed graham crackers

1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough (like Pillsbury Grands)

2 cups of vegetable oil (for frying)

Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Optional: Chocolate syrup and extra crushed graham crackers for garnish

Instructions

Prep the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine mini marshmallows and milk chocolate chips. This will be the gooey filling for your s'mores bombs.

Prepare the Biscuit Dough: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circular shape using your hands or a rolling pin.

Assemble the Bombs: Place a tablespoon of the marshmallow and chocolate mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit. Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal tightly, ensuring no filling escapes during frying.

Coat with Graham Crackers: Roll each sealed biscuit in crushed graham crackers, ensuring they are evenly coated.

Heat the Oil: In a large, deep skillet or pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Bombs: Carefully place a few s'mores bombs into the hot oil, being cautious not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown. Use a slotted spoon to remove the bombs from the oil.

Drain and Dust: Place the fried s'mores bombs on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil. Once cool, dust them lightly with powdered sugar.

Serve: Serve warm and optional: drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with extra crushed graham crackers for an added crunch.
