Ingredients

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup chocolate chips (milk or dark)

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1 package of refrigerated biscuit dough (such as Pillsbury)

2 cups vegetable oil (for frying)

1 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional: extra graham cracker crumbs for garnish

Instructions

Prep the Filling: In a medium bowl, mix the mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract together until well combined. Set aside.

Prepare the Biscuit Dough: Open the package of refrigerated biscuit dough. On a floured surface, separate each biscuit and flatten them into a round shape, about 3-4 inches in diameter.

Stuff the Bombs: Place about a tablespoon of the marshmallow and chocolate mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling to create a ball, ensuring that the filling is completely sealed inside. Pinch the edges well to avoid any leaks during frying.

Heat the Oil: In a deep frying pan or pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C). Check if the oil is ready by carefully dropping in a small piece of dough; if it sizzles and rises to the top, it’s ready.

Fry the S'mores Bombs: Carefully drop 2-3 stuffed bombs into the hot oil, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry them for 2-3 minutes on each side or until they turn golden brown. Use a slotted spoon to remove them and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.

Dust and Serve: While the bombs are still warm, dust them with powdered sugar. For an extra touch, sprinkle some graham cracker crumbs on top.

Enjoy! Serve your Fried S'mores Bombs immediately, while still warm and gooey. Be prepared for some deliciously messy bites!
