1 cup baby spinach

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). This will ensure a warm and cozy environment for your croissants.

    Cook the Bacon: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain the excess grease.

      Prepare the Eggs: In the same skillet, reduce the heat to low. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook them sunny-side up, or to your desired doneness. Season with salt and pepper.

        Warm the Croissants: Slice the croissants in half horizontally and place them cut side up on a baking sheet. Spread a thin layer of butter on the insides.
