Ingredients

16 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (or feta)

1/4 cup finely chopped green onions

1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper

1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts (or pecans)

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish

Assorted crackers and vegetable sticks for serving

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, and blue cheese (or feta). Mix until creamy and well blended.

Add the chopped green onions, red bell pepper, walnuts, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Once mixed, form the cheese mixture into a ball shape using your hands. You can either leave it as one large cheese ball or divide it into two smaller ones for sharing.

Wrap the cheese ball tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm. For best flavor, aim for 4-6 hours if you have time.

When ready to serve, remove the cheese ball from the refrigerator and unwrap it. Roll it in chopped fresh parsley or additional chopped walnuts for a festive look.

Place the cheese ball on a serving platter and surround it with an assortment of crackers and vegetable sticks.

Serve with a smile and watch it disappear during your festive celebrations!
