Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

3 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon soy sauce

Zest and juice of 1 lime

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley and lime wedges for garnish

Instructions

Marinate the Salmon: In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, Dijon mustard, honey, soy sauce, lime zest, lime juice, garlic, ginger, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Prepare the Fish: Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they're well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours for deeper flavor.

Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If you’re using a grill pan indoors, heat it over medium heat and brush with olive oil.

Grill the Salmon: Remove the salmon from the marinade and let the excess marinade drip off. Place the salmon skin-side down on the grill. Cook for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked to your preferred doneness.

Serve: Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Serve garnished with chopped fresh parsley and lime wedges on the side.
