Ingredients
  

2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced

4 slices of crispy turkey bacon, chopped

2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cucumber, diced

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped turkey bacon, romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.

    In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.
