Ingredients

1 (20 oz) package of frozen cheese ravioli

2 cups marinara sauce (store-bought or homemade)

2 cups ricotta cheese

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

½ tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Sauce: In a bowl, mix the marinara sauce with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

Layer the Ingredients: Grease the crockpot with non-stick spray. Start by spreading a thin layer of sauce at the bottom of the crockpot.

First Layer: Place half of the frozen ravioli on top of the sauce in a single layer.

Add Cheese: Spoon half of the ricotta cheese over the ravioli, then sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese and a third of the Parmesan cheese.

Repeat Layers: Pour a layer of the marinara sauce over the cheese, then repeat the ravioli, ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan layers. Finish with the remaining marinara sauce on top, followed by the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

Cooking Time: Cover the crockpot with the lid and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or on high for 2 to 3 hours, until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the ravioli are heated through.

Serve: Once cooked, let it sit for about 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired. Enjoy your comforting meal!
