Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 cups broccoli florets

8 ounces fettuccine pasta

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Ingredients: Start by gathering all ingredients and washing the broccoli. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.

Cook the Fettuccine: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. In the last 2 minutes of cooking, add the broccoli florets. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook for about 6-7 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown and fully cooked.

Add Garlic: Lower the heat to medium, and add the minced garlic to the skillet with the chicken. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Make the Alfredo Sauce: Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Allow it to simmer for 2-3 minutes until it begins to thicken. Gradually whisk in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. If the sauce is too thick, you can add a splash of pasta water to reach your desired consistency.

Combine: Add the drained fettuccine and broccoli into the skillet with the Alfredo sauce. Toss everything together until evenly coated. Adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed.

Serve: Plate the Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo and garnish with chopped fresh parsley. Enjoy your delicious meal!
