Ingredients

1 cup cooked, shredded chicken (preferably Buffalo-flavored)

1 cup lump crab meat, picked over for shells

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup beer (lager or ale)

1/4 cup Buffalo hot sauce (adjust to taste)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: Chopped green onions for garnish

Tortilla chips or veggie sticks for serving

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Beat with a hand mixer on low speed until smooth and creamy.

Add Flavors: Stir in the shredded sharp cheddar cheese, beer, Buffalo hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until evenly incorporated.

Incorporate Proteins: Gently fold in the shredded chicken and lump crab meat, ensuring to maintain the integrity of the crab meat.

Transfer Dip: Scoop the mixture into a greased 9-inch baking dish or oven-safe skillet, spreading it evenly.

Bake: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.

Garnish & Serve: Remove from oven. If desired, sprinkle with chopped green onions for freshness. Serve warm with tortilla chips or veggie sticks for dipping.
