Ingredients

2 cups brewed coffee (cooled)

1 cup vanilla ice cream

1/2 cup milk (you can use whole, almond, or oat milk)

1/4 cup dulce de leche (plus extra for drizzling)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Whipped cream (for topping)

Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder (for garnish)

Instructions

In a blender, combine the cooled brewed coffee, vanilla ice cream, milk, dulce de leche, and vanilla extract. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

Taste the milkshake and adjust sweetness by adding more dulce de leche if desired. Blend again briefly to mix.

Drizzle a little dulce de leche inside serving glasses for a decorative touch.

Pour the milkshake into the prepared glasses, filling them about three-quarters full.

Top each milkshake generously with whipped cream.

Finish with a sprinkle of chocolate shavings or cocoa powder for an extra layer of flavor and elegance.

Optionally, drizzle extra dulce de leche on top of the whipped cream for a gorgeous finish.

Serve immediately with a straw or a long spoon to enjoy!
