Ingredients

2 cups white chocolate chips

1 cup dried cranberries

1 cup chopped pecans (toasted for extra flavor)

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup mini marshmallows (optional for extra fluffiness)

Instructions

Prep the Ingredients: If you haven’t already, toast the pecans by spreading them on a baking sheet and baking at 350°F (175°C) for about 8-10 minutes until golden brown. This enhances their flavor.

Melt the White Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and vanilla extract. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until completely melted and smooth. Be careful not to overheat.

Combine Ingredients: Once the white chocolate is melted, add in the dried cranberries and toasted pecans. If you’re using mini marshmallows, add them in as well. Gently fold until everything is well coated in white chocolate.

Prepare the Clusters: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Use a tablespoon to scoop out small amounts of the mixture, placing them onto the prepared baking sheet. Leave some space between each cluster as they will spread slightly.

Add Sea Salt: Lightly sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top of each cluster for a delightful contrast to the sweetness.

Chill: Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or until the chocolate is set.

Serve: Once firm, remove the clusters from the parchment paper and serve. They can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge for a longer shelf life.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 45 minutes | Servings: Approximately 18 clusters
