Ingredients

1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

6 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the shrimp to the skillet, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.

In a bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, heavy cream, lemon juice, 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, and half of the parsley. Mix well.

Transfer the shrimp mixture to a baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, remaining Parmesan, mozzarella cheese, and the rest of the parsley. Sprinkle this topping evenly over the shrimp.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.

Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and garnish with additional parsley before serving.
