2 cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

¼ cup granulated sugar

For the cream layer:

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup corn syrup

½ cup brown sugar, packed

4 large eggs

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 ½ cups pecans, chopped

For the topping:

Whipped cream

Instructions
 

Prepare the crust: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish to form an even crust. Refrigerate while preparing the other layers.

    Make the cream layer: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and beat until creamy. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated. Set aside.

      Prepare the pecan pie filling: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together corn syrup, brown sugar, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth. Stir in the chopped pecans.

        Assemble the lasagna:

          - Spread half of the cream layer over the chilled crust.

            - Pour half of the pecan pie filling over the cream layer, spreading it evenly.

              - Repeat the layers with the remaining cream layer and pecan pie filling.

                Chill: Cover the lasagna with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results. This will allow the flavors to meld and the layers to set properly.
